2. What is the 'strategy line' of your business, a single line that both describes what you do and attracts the clients you want?
3. What will your logo look like as you think about it now?
4. What is the purpose of your business? Why are you in business? What value do you want to add to the world?
5. What do you sell and who are your potential clients or 'employers'? Who do you want them to be?
6. Where will you operate from, ideally?
7. How will you let your potential clients or 'employers' know about you?
8. What will you charge per unit/day/hour/job and how much do you want or need to earn in a month?
9. What values do you want to operate in your business and what do you want your business to stand for?
10. What is your vision? What is a future picture of your business that stretches and excites you?
11. Where are you now both practically and financially? What do you need to get in place and how will you get going?
12. Where do you want your business to be in 1 year, 3 years and 5 years from now?
13. How will you get there in broad strokes? (no detail required)
14. Why should potential customers buy from you? (As opposed to anyone else)
15. Write a short paragraph on yourself that 'qualifies' you to do this work, starting with your name...
